Produced in 1986, and released on home video in 1992, Winterbeast's delerious mix of stopmotion animated monsters, no-budget production values, and nonsensical plot, outraged many unprepared video store patrons but, at the same time, earned it a place in the hearts of schlock movie fans worldwide.
